Senior Manager: Learning Disability, Children and Community Services.
Lynne has over 25 years’ experience supporting vulnerable clients with complex challenging needs. She is responsible for the following departments at Burton Street :
Children and young person’s services, supporting the children’s services to meet the assessed needs of children aged between 7 to transition.
The Children’s Services are Ofsted registered.
Lynne is also responsible for the management of the Community services, whereby individual person centred packages are created to support adults in the community, supporting vulnerable adults to achieve their dreams and aspirations, making a positive difference to their lives.
Her extensive knowledge in relation to supporting vulnerable adults and the day to day challenges which they may face has fostered can do attitude to making a difference and supporting vulnerable children and adults.
Lynne has a responsibility for managing and developing services for children and adults working in partnership with multi professionals, local schools, parents, including the adults and young children to achieve positive outcomes and celebrating them.
Lynne has extensive knowledge in Legislation associated with supporting Vulnerable Children and adults. She has achieved her Level 5 in Leadership and Management, A1 & A2 assessors award Level 2 and 3 alongside holding a Build accredited Coach Award in Positive Behaviour Support.
